The High-Functioning Mind Newsletter
Who Is the Newsletter For?
This newsletter is for high-functioning professionals, including managers, executives, entrepreneurs, corporate professionals, and PhD students, who may appear capable and successful externally, while privately feeling emotionally tired, underappreciated, disconnected, or unsure about the meaning of their work and achievements.
It explores topics such as work stress, the emotional cost of achievement, perfectionism, underappreciation, work-life balance, relationship disconnection, self-care, boundaries, cultural and immigration-related pressure, and the search for meaning beyond performance.
The goal is to offer thoughtful, practical, and psychologically informed reflections that help you better understand your relationship with work, success, others, and yourself. Each issue may include a short reflection, one question to think about, and one small practice you can try in your daily life.
The newsletter is sent approximately once a month. It is educational in nature and does not replace therapy, assessment, diagnosis, or crisis support.
Your privacy matters. The content is written in a general and educational way. No personal clinical information is shared, and subscribing does not mean that you are a therapy client.
You can unsubscribe at any time.
